Delicious hot pot in plano area! we always go for the AYCE option and make it worth it. Dinner and weekdays are $24.99 per person. there are some items on the menu that are paid items that we don't really care. If you like to dip the sauce from their sauce, then it's $0.50 per person you need. the flesh is fresh, we love the natural ground laboratory. marinated garlic meat is too, but one of our batches was a bit over spiced. nice are clean and fresh go for plier ho, bok choy and napa cauliflower. their fried rolls are good, but be careful not to consume too many of them because they fill them quite quickly. broth: we like half and half. all spicy can be a bit overwhelming, so we like to cook food in both to balance the heat. service: I have read many reviews about bad service, but it was completely different from our visit. our host and server were very nice, helpful and attentive. the food broth and the first round of the orders came out in less than 15 minutes. they also checked us a few times to make sure we were in order and refilled our water without asking us. they also offered us free desserts in the end mango pudding is refreshing and vanilla ice cream with fenced banans is ok. highly recommend all to check this place if they did not try this type of hot pot!

Like most other reviews, eating is great, but the service is not existent. they are constantly made of objects that are available in broth is not reliable, so that when attached to a specific type, they always call forward. the sauce bar leaves much to wish and the quality of the meat is cut in the best case. there are not many other hot pots in the opposite, so this remains open, as there is only one of the most convenient for most people.

It was an amazing place for hotpot, but the franchise was bought so that everything changed. even her original broth I loved earlier and came here monthly, but now I don't want to come anymore.

They have 2 menu: All you can eat Alacart. I've took the Alacart menu for the first time being here. The second time was All you can eat. There are many various kind of meats/veggie for you to pick. But for beef lover like me, All you can eat menu is better. I just pick all kinds of beef veggie for the hot pot. The price are reasonable staffs are friendly. I'll be back for sure.

Great food, however they close the kitchen whenever they chose. Open till 10, we arrived at 8:45 and the kitchen was closed. Non-existent service. Therefore it doesn't matter how good the food is if theres no food available. Used to work in food service and this is just pure laziness on behalf of the workers.
