Stay away! Showed up and was told they won't serve food because it takes a long time to clean. Per Google, this location closes at 12. Drive thru menu is half lit up and drive thru attendants were inpatient.

This location is the best location for you Texas Stop Sign! We love the fried burrito- not on the listed menu but so good. The blizzards, burgers, nachos, baskets (both chicken steak) are all so good. Except the fries- they're ok, but everything else is so good. This should be your DQ!!

Only one star because it won't let you give any lower. The cashier had a smart ass mouth. When I was ordering, I asked for the flame kicking belly Buster.... She replied we don't do that anymore... yet it's on the menu. There's nothing covering it up so we wouldn't know that. I only stopped here because it was on my way home but I refuse to come to this location again. They also never give me a receipt even after I ask for one. If you can you should go somewhere else.

More than a month ago I received a message from Dairy Queen Fan Relations apologizing for the problem. A copy was sent to the Independent Franchise Owner. Does it surprise you that I never received an apology from the owner of this Plano TX location? DQ should look into how this owner is training his/her employees. I can't say anything about other DQ locations but I would definitely keep away from the 2240 Coit Rd Plano TX restaurant.

My friend and I had paid and ate for our food, we sat at a stand and spoke when one of the staff came and showed passive-aggressive the outcome that made us know where he was. According to the business hours it was almost 4 hours before closing, so we knew that timing was not the problem. We are both visible Muslim and wear scarves, and while another customer sat in the dining area, the employee came by and let us know exclusively. In any case, it won't come back.
