Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plano

Food was really delicious service was okay, but that's just because many people really like to eat here. Like 80% of the long line was Go orders that it was still relatively fast to get in and out. Food: 5/5

I was at this point and out in the handed over with mixed experiences depending on the person who is different, decided to stop by as it was between my street, it was at 3:30 11/14/22 a server was on the line she helped me and did a fantastic work. Good service and fast. Doesn't have the name of the people, but overall good work. I know in the service it's hard to come over good people definitely take care of this employee. The other staff was busy so I can't comment, I'm sure they're doing great too. Thanks for the hard work! Forget to mention on my bucket review, the food was super good! The rice tastes better and the chicken was perfect. Thank you.

I have been ordering the mobile app for a few months and I would say that the majority of my orders have been either wrong or I have got another person order in my bag (my name on the bag, someone else order in my sealed bag). I also had terrible experience when I go to the store to pick up my mobile order, the order is not on the rack and when I go to the cashier to ask for my order, either no one on the front will help me, or no one will be at the front and I'm waiting there at my pickup time for my order. The service is terrible and although companies give me free coupons every time this place crosses my order, I will not return. It would be nice to pick up my mobile order and make it right once. This place was earlier on the game, but obviously did.

I'll start saying that they're really busy after we get our food. But they should have been better prepared for 12 o'clock. All I wanted was cooking on the grill and was not ready. You said what I got was delicious as usual. Food: 4/5

Staff are not rude, but they are bad at following the order and then charge you extra. (E.g. I specifically asked not to have guacamole. The guy added it, and then I said oh I asked not to have it but I didn 't ask him to remove it. And then they charged for it. Also their rice wasn 't cooked fully, and they didn 't have the grilled vegetables either (fajitas iirc . Also no garbage can, no water at the drink dispenser... Just overall the place is a mess with poor service alas. Understaffed, overworked? idk.
