Chick-fil-a - Plano

Just when I thought I couldn't love Chick-fil-A any more, I walked in to find a wonderful young woman with Down syndrome working behind the counter. My heart soared with joy knowing that Chick-fil-A hires, mentors, and trains such an amazing person! I commend you for this, and it fills me with love and hope for our future.

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic—always friendly and polite, and they genuinely seem to love their work. This reflects positively on the management and highlights how much they value excellent customer service!

My children were acting insane because it was past naptime and the employees helped me carry things to my car and even helped entertain my children while I placed one last order to-go before we left the restaurant. I would have definitely gotten irritated stares and no help at any other fast food place, but the employees at this Chick-Fil-A actually cared and helped me because they are kind people! Thank you!
