Brick House Tavern Tap Plano

Walked in, stood there for about min. Never got greeted or seated. My friend and I sat ourselves. Drinks were good and strong. Appetizers were okHere's what was disappointing; I ordered a medium well sirloin steak and it came out well done. I hate to complain so my friend did it for me. They cooked another steak and again it was fully cooked. At this point I was over it. I'm assuming it was the manager that came over to ask how things were going so we let her know that we were disappointed, all she said was I'm sorry and walked away. Wtf? But ok whatever

Had a great time. Server was amazing but the food wasn’t outstanding. Good but nothing that had be left wanting to come back

Average food good service, although we waited several minutes upon entering before anyone greeted us or assisted us with getting a table. They seemed short staffed: servers, no host, and one bartender

The food menu has changed since the last time I visited years ago. It was still very good. There was no wait time so that was a major plus since there was people for dinner
