Barnes Noble Kitchen Plano

We love the brisket burgers and the parmesan fries are awesome, which is why we keep coming back to the B and N Kitchen. However, every time the service is deplorable. There is no excuse for this other than no one cares. No one checks on you, offers refills, makes certain your food is okay, gets your bill to you, and heaven forbid takes your money!! Then, returns your change or credit card. What gives B and N???

Large space hidden gem in the bookstore! is visited again.

Great food, consistent after multiple visits over the past year. Outside area lovely though a few too many flies... Like that I can browse books before and after and get a good meal and a libation too!

We always have a good time at this restaurant. We have a great waiter typically take care of us and the food is good for the value pricing that is offered. The burgers are really good and the side potatoes are terrific. We visit a couple of times a month.

Food was good, but expensive, and service was severely lacking. We had a 1:00 reservation and didn’t get food until after 2:00.
