Wendy's - Plainville

This place is a mess at night. My burger bun was soggy and the patty was cold. When I asked forA fresh burger they responded with an attitude. It’s not the first time this happens. One night I went inside to pick up a DD and the guy taking orders up front had a died out cigarette right on the counter next to the cash register and it smelled TERRIBLE. Not only is this place unsanitary and the staff is rude, i’m concerned about cross contamination, and food borne illnesses.

Got a Dave's Double for $2 on the app. The patties were hot and juicy and the veggies were cool and crisp. So good!

I went there in Plainville just now with my sisters and we stood there waiting until the server finished with the customer before us. Instead of taking our order next he completely ignored us and started packing orders for the drive thru. So we just left. Very bad customer service, that was not nice at all!

Stood in line for 25 minutes to get a Dave's double and a baked potato. Didn't get my Dave's double.Never go to this wendys. It's always very backed up and then they can't even get a 2 item order right without missing half the order

It was very dirty food was old and the workers were very loud
