Tasty's Bagels, Cold Treats More

Their food is good, and I hate to rag on a local company, but the last three times I have been here they have made a mistake on my order. The first time I ordered a hash brown egg and cheese and ask for them to add tomato. I drive away, and it also hasbacon. No idea why bacon was on there. I go back, have to wait in line again, and they remade my sandwich. Second time, exactsame thing happened. I'm frustrated, but the food is good so I want it to be right. So the third time, today, I order the sameexact sandwich plus a sausage and egg for my husband and I am very clear that the hash brown egg and cheese should have tomatobut not bacon. I stop in the parking lot to check my order and the sausage and egg has tomato on it, the hash brown egg andcheese has none. Three times they have messed up my order in the past three times. As much as I want to support local businessesI don't think I will be coming back here.

Excellent bagels, absolutely horrible service, place is run by teenagers who need to be trained on customer service. Slowest drive through on the planet. The kids that take your order need to know the prices over charged $5 for a dozen bagels).Expensive, slow but still great bagels thank goodness for them because otherwise they wouldn?t last a day)

Came here for my first time and it was amazing the lady at the front was extremely friendly and welcoming. There was also a lady behind her making drinks and she works so fast to get the drinks out. The smoothies are really good, and so is the food.Definitely recommend the chicken bacon ranch sandwich on a plain bagel.The environment was great but the employees really mademy experience here pleasant. Definitely will be going back.

I have come to really like Tasty bagels, which is now my go-to coffee place. I love that Plainville has the drive-through but it always takes forever ! It should either be a limited menu or have people pull off to wait like at McDonalds. Something in theirprocess needs to change because I waited 30min for ONE coffee in a line with 5 cars (with an anxious toddler). Otherwise myexperiences have been good but please consider re-working your drive- through setup !

Love this place! I'm always stopping in for coffee before work. The sandwiches are fantastic, but if you order one make sure to go inside as they are all freshly made, so you may be waiting on the drive thru a while if you don't!
