Starbucks - Plainview

The interior of the restaurant was very cold. When I asked for the heat to be turned on, I was informed that it was not possible.

According to Google, this restaurant was expected to close at 8:30 PM, but when I arrived, they had already closed at 7:00 PM. It was quite embarrassing.

I love ordering the perfect coffee and my favorite glazed donut at this restaurant.

I entered the shop at approx. 2:45 pm at which time the walk-in business was considerable. I made the choice to order and wait my turn to receive my drink; however I found our that the order in which orders are placed and paid for has no bearing on when the orders are made. A couple who ordered before me and I watched as two walk-ins who entered after us received their product. When I first asked where my drink was, tge petite blond server was rather dismissive. When I asked sternly but in a conversational level why my drink had not been made I was told they were busy. Another server told me we're making Frappuccinos now as if Frappuccinos are only made at certain times. I should mention that the blond asked me not to yell. But I was not yelling. Shr also attempted to blame the printer, which only makes sense if the printer prints orders randomly. I should mention that the drink missing from the couple ahead of me was waiting for sometime after it was held aloft with no name called out and then hidden behind the mobile pick-up stand.

Staff was super nice and very attentive! Our drinks were delicious and came out super fast! The best starbucks I've been too, by far!
