Mcdonald's - Plainview

I had to give at least one star in order to post a review, but I went to McDonald's on I-27 in Plainview, Texas on 9/19/23. My niece loves the Happy Meal here, but I decided to order a 4-piece nugget meal. Despite knowing that it was a kids' meal, the fries she received only consisted of 7 fries, which I found to be ridiculous. There always seems to be something wrong with the orders at this location - either you don't receive what you paid for, or your order is incorrect.

I placed a mobile order and when I tried my burger, it was raw. I returned it to McDonald's and they replaced it, but didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience. They seemed annoyed that I came back for a replacement. Be cautious when dining here and ensure your meat is cooked thoroughly. I am appalled and let down by this experience.

I am a fan of McDonald's, however, my recent experience was terrible. We requested no pickles and onions on our burgers, but they were included anyway. When we asked for the burgers to be remade with less sauce and mustard, they simply scraped off the condiments. I did not realize this until I got home, as I live 45 minutes away. This happened at the Plainview, Texas location. I ended up paying for food that I had to throw away.

Our experience was horrible!!!!! well first off we saw a billboard saying mcdonalds has a crispy chicken sandwich for a $1.49 or so when we went to the mcdonalds in wal-mart in plainview we ordered 3 original crispy sandwiches and 1 spicy. with a lg. cup ended U2 p being 20.30. when i asked of they werent honoring there billboard sign the cashier burped and laughed.so i looked at jer and saod excuse you she continued to laugh then tje shift lead said that they are privately owned. service was poor. burger was not good at all don't want to waste no more money there. need to hire a better staff and have better management. quality of food was upsetting for the price... also when i was going to do a survey there receipt was unreadable couldn't read the survey code nor find the store number. i give yalls store a 1 not good customer service as well as poor food and if ot was privately owned it needs to be placed on the billboard. False advertising.. should say only at certain location.
