Tested the Brisket sandwich on sliced roasted bread. The brisket was very gentle to bite and had a good taste. Can get 2 pages and a drink for good price. Menu choices are chicken, turkey and pig. Can plates with different choices of meat and sides. Have other options for family package and a children's menu. The restaurant is designed for large groups, but also has seating for smaller groups. There is a menu for catering. Staff were friendly and courtesy of ordering to serve food.

$9 two meats, two side plate with Texas Toast leave you more than full and satisfied. I recommend the brisket because it is very delicate and juicy. Great experience.

The pulled pork sandwiches are fabulous, huge... was ready when I was there. Service was great. We recommend this to everyone.
