Kfc - Plainfield

Ordered food for two people, costed 50 dollars which is insane and then they forgot our drinks and a fry which we werent able to get so there goes some of our money food was

Ordered a doordash from this location 20 minutes before they closed. I was 420 intoxicated and not safe to drive, but very hungry after burning my home-cooked pasta (lol). I ordered a Big Box with 1 breast, 1 wing, 1 biscuit, and 2 sides. What I received was 2 thighs, 2 wings, and a GENEROUS portion of sides and a biscuit. It's true that dark poultry meat isn't my favorite, but I could see and taste the effort. I ate everything and was so grateful. Also they had delicious Dr Pepper, good syrup ratio and clean dispenser nozzles (I work in a restaurant and can taste mold haha)

Got the chicken nugget big box,. They were quick with the food. The people were friendly, place was clean enough. The nuggets were a bit over salty this visit, they have made them better in a previous visit.

What an awful experience I had. I will never go here or a KFC again because there was Saran Wrap that was INSIDE of the chicken wrap we ordered. I took a bite out of it and out came the Saran Wrap (that you cover food with) out with the chicken. Absolutely disgusting and obviously not clean enough, or the staff knowing what they’re doing there. The manager who we spoke to was just as useless. Never never going here ever again.

The owner of the store has to know what's going on, but doesn't care, they're serving dried out nasty pigeon parts, I'm 70 years old and have eaten at a lot of restaurants and KFC's, this is the worst. $32.91 of dried out nasty pigeon parts. next to my key is a chicken wing.sure doesn't look like the picture on the wall.needs to pack up his one tent circus and clowns and get out of town.
