Eros Gyros - Plainfield

The food was delicious and a great price. Everything was packed so nicely and with care.

OMG!!!!! Avoid this place!!!!! First off..... It's not a gyro place! This is a Mexican restaurant..... I drove around 15 minutes because the little sign they have outside is covered my chairs stacked up... Get home with the food and it is cold and apparently they put mustard on gyros in Mexico!!!! Spent $48.00 on **** food that is nothing like we were expecting. Mustard on the meat made it too nasty to eat!!!! Then we also find out they screwed up the order and doesn't give us a salad as ordered too...... OMG. WORST PLACE IN THE NAPERVILLE PLAINFIELD AREA I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! Will never go back there

I normally order from savino 's. They were closed, so I tried this place. To start they advertise as a gyro place... IT 'S NOT(unless you read the fine lining). When you get to the address it 's a Mexican grill. I told them I wanted a side salad, instead of telling me they don 't have side salads... they ignored my request. After finally calling for clarification of location and NAME... we picked up our food. Got it home to find out, no side salad, gyro very dry, and fries soggy, spicy chicken not spicy, and mustard on gyros???!! It was thrown into foil. Called and spoke with manager.. and he said what would you like me to do? .... as a manager you should KNOW what to do! 1st and last time eating here. Sorry I was patient and semi understanding. I 'm in a similar industry... no excuse for any of this.

This establishment is not truly a Mediterranean restaurant. I placed an order through UberEats, only to find out that it's actually a pop-up at a Mexican restaurant. The food felt hastily prepared and was just average at best. I'm sure they excel at Mexican cuisine, but Mediterranean isn't their strong suit.

The fries were disappointing and too dry, and the gyro meat had an unusual taste that’s hard to describe. Also, the pickup location is at the Mexican restaurant.
