Dunkin' - Plainfield

The staff at this restaurant can be quite rude and often seem impatient. Every time I visit, I feel rushed even while I'm still trying to place my order. The employees repeatedly interrupt, saying "everything else" over and over, which is quite frustrating. However, the food is good, so I would rate it 4 out of 5.

The staff member seemed really distracted, and I had to repeat my order four times before he was able to input it correctly. I also requested light ice but received a cup that was completely full of ice instead.

I highly recommend steering clear of this place. I went with a friend to get our usual French vanilla cold brew, but there was only one employee working, and he was incredibly rude. He tried to claim that our mobile order wasn't there, and then, after a moment, he handed it to us but got the order wrong. As soon as we tried the drinks, they tasted off. I'm not sure if he did something to our beverages or if he used expired ingredients, but within half an hour, my friend and I both felt intense chills, heavy body aches, fever, and nausea. It was absolutely disgusting. I've never had an experience like this before.

Come here. I went with my friend to order our ordinary French vanilla cold brew. there was only one man who worked, and he was extremely rude, tried to tell us that our mobile job was not there and then gave it a second later to us and massified the order drink. immediately we drank the drink and it tasted not right. Not sure whether the man had something in our or used expired products, but within 30 minutes my bad weight and I had cold. never experienced.

Hot tea with fresh donuts at 5 pm. What a treat. Nice people, too
