Wendy's - Plain City

Not bad, but not as I ordered it. Asked for no ranch on my wrap and got ranch with no cheese. It isn't that hard.

Don't eat at this place. The food is always cold. The bread is always dry. The food is always overcooked. How is that even possible? Over cooked and cold. I really tried but this is more than one occasion. Bread so hard you'd think it was toasted and it falls apart. Fries cold with too much cheese and hard bacon that you can't bite through. I literally paid for this meal and threw it straight in the trash. Only the drink was good. Fire these people.

Whoever was working the window needs a promotion if she isn't the manager yet. Super sweet and nice taking the order. Sadly I didn't get a receipt to tell you her name but the chicken was so freshy wife highly recommends this Wendy's.

Went through the drive thru and Mark took our order. He was fun and engaging! Made our day! The food was hot and was ready fast! Thanks for the fabulous service, Mark!

One meal was completely wrong (beef instead of chicken, spicy nuggets instead of regular) and the fries on both meals were undercooked and cold. Staff was inattentive.
