The Cellar - Placerville

What a pleasant experience. A beautiful place in El Dorado County, right outside downtown Placerville. Menu varied and had something for everyone. The weather was perfect so we could eat outside. But took a tour through the cellar and fell in love with the ambience. My steak/shrimp was cooked for perfection. Order the grilled asparagus as a page

So enjoyed this restaurant! The guy who answered and reserved the phone gave us a personalized tour through the resaurant/mine areas. The attitude was great. We ate the stairs, ordered Chicken Parm, Steaks and Jambalaya. Dinner was hot and attractive served by friendly waitress. It was a bit waiting until our dinner arrived... we were patient. (Maybe staff is tight due to Kovid) We enjoyed it!

The owner Mason runs one of the best restaurants in Northern CA. The food is always incredible. Staff are so friendly / attentive and it is a great place to eat, drink, visit events and get married. We love their wine selection and drinks selection. You won't be disappointed when you leave.

We had an amazing meal with friends, but there was music that was nice, but much too loud to talk to each other.

How friendly these folks are!! Wonderful food on St. Patrick's Day! Fabulous band!!! A wedding reception downstairs and a party with my friends upstairs! Woo hoo!!!
