Denny's - Placerville

Had the ?classic? eggs Benedict however the eggs were fried over medium and not poached as they appeared pictured on the menu as classic Benedict should have. The hollandaise sauce was decent but the flavor was thrown off by the fried eggs. Hash browns wereok but a little over salted for my taste. The English muffin was also burnt but they did hold the ham and add avocado like Iasked. Service was good and met expectations. Atmosphere was a little tainted by the loud music of a genre I?m not too fond of.Over all it was disappointing and probably will avoid in the future but in the end it wasn?t terribly bad, just not to mytaste.

I dont know if dennys corporate sees these but Elizabeth A deserves a rase ASP. I have never experienced a server who made my time at a restaurant so enjoyable, she was energetic and excited not to mention polite and professional. All dennys serversshould learn from her!

The waitress who served us was super kind and understanding of a large group last minute and took our orders no problem, over super nice lady and we liked our food!

I was surprised how good the food was I'm very thankful for how nice the server and waiter was. We had a couple special requests and they accommodated them with a smile. Very clean inside. They also have a robot server which kept the kids entertained
