Mcdonald's - Placentia

Order accuracy is severely lacking at this location. I ask for no pickles and they at extra? How does that make sense? Their fries taste like they've been dunked in old oil that has been sitting there for months. Their crew members are dismissive and unpleasant to deal with. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this location is poorly managed.

Most of them are idiots, they always make mistakes if they don't forget to put ketchup, they forget the spoons or napkins or incomplete orders. Used to be good. Recently some reason they changed to slow.

This McDonald’s can not claim to be “fast food.” It’s the closest to our house, and we sometimes end up here. It’s almost never a good experience. This time: 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and we’re still waiting.
