Del Taco - Placentia

The drive-thru staff asked how much sauce I wanted. I said two—simple dialogue. I'm just answering the staff’s question. When I get to my office, there is no sauce. Go figure! I guess even raising the minimum wage will not get the staff motivated.

Fastest Del Drive Thru Ever. Staff is amazing and friendly.

The drive through is verrrryyyy slow. no one came to the window to help for 5+ minutes, and the total drive through experience took 25 minutes! I would have just left, but I was stuck with cars on both sides.

I have been going to this location for ten years and they used to be the best Del Taco around. In the last six months the service and food have gone downhill. Whenever dining-in the staff is very unattentive and it takes forever to get anyones attention, order and get your food. Multiple times lately we have had food that was seriously lacking quantity. Bean and cheese burritos with a half teaspoon of cheese, tacos with just a couple of shreds of lettuce and a bit of cheese. Hardly any chili on chili cheese fries when I paid for extra. Chicken quesadilla with just a couple of chunks of chicken, etc etc.
