Baskin-robbins - Placentia

I ran in just a few minutes after closing time, and even though they said they were closed, I requested just a cup of ice. To my surprise, they were very friendly and served me with a smile. I didn’t feel like I was the last customer they wanted to rush out; instead, I felt as if I was their first customer of the day, welcomed with genuine warmth. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced such great service, so it was truly refreshing. I left with a smile and my favorite ice cream! I highly recommend this place!

The service is quick and attentive once you're seated, but the organization for handling customers at the entrance could use improvement. If you're not careful, you might get overlooked in the line.

I haven't visited Baskin-Robbins in years, so I decided to finally use a gift card I had. They had a good deal on two quart-sized pre-packed ice creams for $10.99, but unfortunately, there was no sugar-free option available. The sugar-free option was sold at $10.99 for just one quart. It would be great if they could add a sugar-free choice to their pre-packed selections. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Honestly, it's a great place, super clean, even if it's packed. They serve at a fast pace and keep a friendly face. Love the service there and the employees treat the pressure when it is busy well. Would recommend 100% to go there!
