I would rate this place three stars for having good basic vegetarian food. I went on a Saturday afternoon in February 2022. The meal of the day is the cheapest in town at 10 soles. The meal is rather simple, as would be expected at that price. The avocado salad actually had several salad ingredients on it and the main plate had white rice, more of the same salad, and vegetable souffle. The portion of vegetable souffle was quite small. It also came with a pineapple drink and a fruit based dessert. This is a good place to go if you're on a budget. The other Matheo's location in town had more interesting choices but it costs a bit more.
