Bidrage med feedbackPlease fix their online order and get them time system to reflect their actual capacity! their online system does not offer any realistic pick-up times for ordering. we have ordered and selected pick-up times in their system over an hour. we have waited for more than 30 minutes past collection time for an order and thought it was a fuke. nope waited an hour past pickup time for the last pickup order. Those who love to eat will adjust their order times if their pickup times were much more accurate. some can only lose them as long as the customers because their ordering time with their online order system is a mistake.
Added, it was on Sunday morning 11 o'clock hour probably their busiest time at the weekend. the kitchen and the server didn't talk. I saw commanding to serve the counter and wait for the people. the two servers seemed to be confused. .they have scanned the order screen back and forth. I ordered the ham and cheese lower part (jambon beurre.) the brot (bag) was very good. a subway subway or awaymans subway is better joined together. whatever the sub is filled; the ingredients should fill the rolls from one end to another. with the sub I had this morning, there was a piece of cheese and a chip of ham (picked as less than an ounce) placed on the front of the roll. the roll should be throttled. I didn't see it or taste it. I have no doubt that the cost of the bakery has risen for the regulations, but if their product looks like they are cute corners. . I understand the need for portion control, but also subway needs the time to make their subway look appropriate. the price of the price is not unreasonable, provided that the sub has been appropriately combined; what I saw as if someone were in a hurry to get out of the kitchen. but what they calculate for drinks. $3.15 for a dose of polar seltzer.
Ordered online with which an alpt room was to be. made selections then went to check-out and a flag comes that they need to change their order because no salate. then finally put a new order for 2 sandwiches. that would be done in 30 minutes. really 30 minutes to get a sandwich. if I had ordered in the restaurant, I would have to wait 30 minutes to get a sandwich and a bag chips. I'm glad we ordered on the line. 30 minutes later, they show up to get sandwiches. guess what's not ready. had to go back to work, so the order on the phone had to break after the return to work. but no refunds have to come back and stand in tune with credit card in the hand. As long and short of it is no food, no refund, but they offer a gift card when I come and start this process again. then 1 hour after the order I get a text in which my order was ready.
Food was good and reasonably priced. Seating can be a problem around lunch. Saw a couple of people sitting there not eating just on their computers for more than an hour.
Nice place to have brunch. Nice atmosphere and good people. I had the French toast and sausage on side, both tasted really good.
