Mcdonald's - Pittsfield

This place is really going down hill. Everytime we order, we just expect it to be messed up. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder plain and they took that to heart. Left off the cheese and the bacon. Why would I want to pay extra for the bacon and then not get it??

The manager was very rude we were waiting for the person to take our order manager told the lady to stop taking orders to come help an just left us standing there I'm guessing they don't take orders person to person it really wasn't that busy looked like alot of people standing around not doing anything not sure why she had to help all of a sudden an couldn't take our order we walked out won't be back not sure what happend to McDonald's but sure isn't the same as when I was a kid I would definitely no recommend coming here as of 4/26/24

McDonalds is burger and fries. A store has to get that right!My order of sml fries was so small I counted them as i was driving. For $3.50 my bag was less than full. Contained eight 3 avg fries and ten 1 nubs! Used to get a full bag when they were a buck each.It will be a long time before I visit another McDonalds.

Slow serviceNot only slow some employee called police on us in drive thru for smoking pot when it was a cigarette. Terrible place...NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FOLKS. Well second visit no change. Still keeping mouth shut not my favorite place. Only thing I can say is they sell chocolate shakes at 7 am. Hell ya.

Ordered on app, waited 5 minutes...total time start to finish was 10 mins.
