Bidrage med feedbackWe spent a weekend at the Industrialist Hotel and made a dinner reservation at the Rebel Room, the hotel's street-level restaurant and bar, for Saturday evening. They offer an impressive selection of whiskeys and bourbons, along with a variety of cocktails. While the food menu isn't extensive, it does provide a good range of options. We began our meal with a charcuterie board and salads, then shared a burger, and everything was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is somewhat small, so it's wise to make a reservation just to be safe. The ambiance is quite cozy, and the service was excellent. We'll definitely be returning!
Mark, the host, was incredible. He was very friendly and welcoming. The waitress was delightful as well.
The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. We noticed one server managing everything on her own while also making drinks at the bar, and she handled it all wonderfully despite the restaurant being packed. I do wish there were more dessert options and a wider selection on the menu, but since we were attending a show at the hotel, dining here was a convenient choice.
We stayed at the Industrialist Hotel for a weekend getaway and booked a reservation for the Rebel Room (street level restaurant/bar in the hotel) for dinner on Saturday. They have a very nice selection of whiskeys and bourbons along with cocktails. The food selection isn't huge, but there is variety. We started with a charcuterie board and salads. Then split a burger. Everything was very very good. Its not very big, so be sure to have a reservation just in case. The atmosphere is really cozy and the service was great. Will definitely be back.
They are trying to be something special and they miss the mark, we both had chicken. The meal was mediocre at best, chicken very dry. The drinks were over the top expensive. I had two bourbons and that alone was $68.00 for Buffalo Trace. The most I ever paid for an entire bottle was $29.00. All in all dinner for my wife and I with parking was $250. They won't last, the value proposition is way off.
