Starbucks - Pittsburgh

The in-store service was inadequate for not completing my order. I only ordered two items, one for my wife and myself. My wife received her ordered drink in a reasonable time but after waiting so long for my large coffee I had to ask. I guess that he just forgot to make it. Really!????????

Staff is always super friendly! I stop by here almost everyday before work and my order is always ready in a reasonable amount of time! Ive never been a Starbucks person but I keep coming back because the service is great.

A bit bustling for my liking, but pretty standard experience overall.

Being surrounded by several locations within a small city initiates my concern for local/community support. Hoping for easier navigation next time.
