Point Perk - Pittsburgh

I worked for almost 10 years at a diet and work there while I go to school in the point park. these ladies here in this business are really rude and look miserable to be here. I had to explain my drinks and what they were every time I came here. I'm disappointed they don't take partner numbers. Besides, I tried to order half a coffee, and I was told they didn't have half a calf. I tried to ask about the decay, and they said:

Also, I tried ordering a half caf coffee and I was told they don’t have half calf. I tried also asking for decaf and they said they ain’t got no decaf. I get that you’re not a real Starbucks but you could atleast try. I’m highly disappointed that they serve Starbucks coffee and don’t uphold the same standards. This might as well be a independent coffee shop and I wouldn’t be as disappointed but as a Starbucks employee I’m disgusted at how they treated me as a customer

Good coffee. Laid back atmosphere. Very clean. Beautiful outdoor patio with waterfalls and flowers. Peaceful, interesting and safe. I love this place. Refreshing!

Half of the time when I order a vanilla latte, they make a regular latte. There's a woman who works there that has her cellphone on the counter by the whip cream and just sits and on it texting, working slowly. Ate terrible, spoiled yogurt that I purchased. I am pretty sure they just don't care there.

This café is located near the Point State Park University. I enjoy it because it has a more relaxed atmosphere compared to others. Typically, it is frequented by college students when open. The impact of the coronavirus has been felt, but it remains a good spot to grab coffee, sushi, pita wraps, sandwiches, desserts, snacks, and more.
