Mcdonald's - Pittsburgh

Went in 10 minutes before breakfast was over. Self service kiosk froze when we went to order before breakfast was over and then was told it didn't matter that breakfast was over at 11. It WAS 10:59 When we went to pay for the food then it froze. Very rude customer service and blatantly ignoring customers asking for something. Took forever to get food and I mean forever. Never again.

Slow, dirty, rude, I can go on and on with negative things to say. Don't go here, go to Euclid. Learned my lesson the hard way.

If i could give 0 starts i would. First off the employees are rude, like ALWAYS! YOU chose this job NOBODY else chose it for you so the least y'all can do is act like yall like it. all of y'all need some healing prayer. y'all wake up everyday with an attitude towards people for no reason. this place needs to get shut down ASAP

Very busy and crowded, lots of teens hanging out making noise. Our food was somehow given out to someone else or was never made, so we had to wait for it to be reprepared. At least we were given an extra large fries!Food: 4/5

One of the best experiences ever at a McDonald’s. Kim, the manager in training, was just wonderful! The power went out in our neighborhood and we decided to go for a late night drive. Kim the rest of the staff treated us with such kindness. She’s the best!!
