Edit August 2024: I decided to give the Chirashi another chance, and I was thrilled to find that everything was incredibly fresh this time, including the fatty tuna. The quality issue has definitely been addressed! I'm so happy to have my favorite dish back!

This is one of the most authentic Japanese restaurants I've visited, and I've actually been to Japan! I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10. If I had to mention one minor issue, it would be the wooden chopsticks, but that's just me being a bit picky. The food, presentation, and atmosphere were all fantastic, and our server, Justin, did an excellent job. I will definitely make this a regular stop during our trips to Pennsylvania!
