Kfc - Pittsburgh

I'm so confused I don't know how but their chicken is so fresh and delicious ????. I would have thought the quality of meat would be terrible by now but i was so wrong. The fries are so much better. This is the best taste since 1990's

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Came to the drive through to order lunch, only to be told, we do still make that item, but you can 't order it at the drive through. You have to order it on the app and come back. when I asked if they could make itsince I was already there, I was told no. We don 't take orders for that. Order something else or get out of line. So I spent20 minutes in the parking lot on the app trying to get the order to go through. The online chat support only told me to tryagain. If you have an item that you make on the menu, you should have it on all the menus. This was absolutely ridiculous.

Slowly. very slow. order incomplete. smaller parts than advertising

Eating was not so good. we had 2 pieces of combi and drinks. the chicken was not crispy, but watery. the service was average. they have a place to eat, but their toilet is terrible. I wonder when they cleaned it or they've ever cleaned it! we were on the way and were hungry so by, otherwise we wouldn't bother. food: 2/5

The restaurant closes at 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday night. 11-13-22. I came at 10:03 and they are sold out of everything. they were not willing to make substitutes (because there was a price difference) they were not willing to make food. that is a sad excuse for a restaurant. there are some people who care about customs and there are others who do not. this is a beautiful example for a restaurant that does not care for customers. only the restaurant to leave exactly the time when the restaurant closes. Moreover, their floors are always sticky and smells like old mop water in there. Thank you, but no thanks.
