Bidrage med feedbackWe had dinner here on Saturday night at 1930. The food was fine, nothing spectacular, but the service was cruel. Waiters and waiters would make eye contact with you and avoid coming to your table. When reviewing tables, they would make a quick round around their assigned tables without stopping to see how everyone does. After sitting, I got my bread after my duck was served, although I had asked to submit my appetizer. The staff also has an uncanny understanding of their menu, let alone combinations of foods and ingredients. This place claims to be a fine Italian culinary experience; but next to the name, nothing about this establishment symbolizes high quality Italian dinning. In addition, the main room had two servers for 15-16 tables, which ranged from 2-6 people per table. They were so loud that I couldn't hear my waitress and the wrong court was brought. The institution has potential, but they must decide whether they want to be an average level of Italian dinning experience or an actually informed and high quality Italian dinning experience. If they decide later, I strongly recommend that they reduce the number of tables in the first room for the purposes of ambience and customer support) and that they actually learn their employees through the menu and have a rudimentary understanding of wine pairings or even their own cocktail and beverage inventory options. In total, two of us spent $160 on an app, two pasta entrees, and three glasses of wine had ordered more, but we only saw our waitress and we? too annoying to waste our time every 30's. The quality of food and service was, at best, worth $90
We're big fans. Appetizers, nets and desserts are all sensational. Rotating handmade pasta dishes are a must, but you cannot lose with pizzas either. For pizza? Neapolitan style pizzas with fresh, thoughtful ingredients that you knock on yours. The Pasta Entrees speak for themselves, you can literally not go wrong. The wine list is so expansive that if at all, you have difficulty deciding which direction to go. Our wonderful server, Emily, made the wine selection process fun and was too happy to us taste based on some recommendations they made. (The staff here know their things) So, whether you? in the main room or above in the secret wine bar beyond the garden, you? will have a delicious meal and first-class service. PS do not skip dessert. Your homemade Tiramisu, Cannoli or Gelato will drink beautifully with an invigorating espresso or go liqueur after dinner. JT
We are mostly Italian from a Boston quarter and none of the companies around us are as good as Il Pizzaiolo. We sat in this cozy cabin behind the main restaurant. We sealed the fire on a leather couch. After dinner one of your employees, an older gentleman with glasses entertained with us for a short time. He was so attentive and engaged with us and our Kiddo (who was boring). ) He told her a story when he was her age and how he suffered in similar attitudes. Their mood improved significantly. I wanted to get his name to thank him. He was so charming. It is so rare to find good food, service, atmosphere and educated staff, including all 5 stars, HIGH EMPFEHL
I love her pizza most!!!! More than all other places, always on point and tasteful
Was out with colleague for dinner and he picked Italian. Staff was friendly and helpful. A lot of the options were not available due to shortages or kitchen issues. Started with the Arancini with cheese option, moved on to Bella Sofia pizza, and topped off with Cannoli and an Americano. Arancini was pretty good, pizza bread was very nice, and the Cannoli was good too. Nice atmosphere but maybe a tad bit too loud in there with almost to the point of yelling at times at full capacity. Nice experience overall.
