Frisch's - Pittsburgh

I ordered delivery from Frisch's and will not do so again. The person taking my order over the phone had trouble hearing my numbers, but I patiently repeated them multiple times. I was told the delivery would be in 30 minutes, but an hour later a woman arrived at my door. She informed me that the person who took my order did not receive the correct card numbers and needed them again. To my surprise, she proceeded to enter my house, which I found very inappropriate for a delivery person. After an uncomfortable few minutes of her on the phone in my doorway, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I was shocked and refused, as the food was cold and soggy. I only live a five-minute drive away from the restaurant, yet the service and quality of the food were subpar. In my opinion, there are better options for fried chicken and service within a ten-mile radius of this establishment.

We recently held a family gathering at this restaurant in the banquet room. Everything was fantastic - the baked fish was especially delicious. We were impressed to find out they had a banquet room in the back, which was very clean and well-organized. The staff was attentive and outstanding. We will definitely be booking our next family event at this establishment. It truly deserves a 5-star rating. Thank you for providing us with a great experience for our family. Service: Dine-in.

This is a classic spot where the fried chicken is excellent. They also offer a variety of salads, sausages, and other dishes. I would recommend trying the food here. Rating: Food 5, Service 4, Atmosphere 4.

I waited for an hour for my chicken fingers at the restaurant, only to be told that my order had been lost. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, my order finally arrived. When I asked for sauce, I was informed that there would be an extra charge. I was extremely disappointed by this lack of customer service. It's a shame that they didn't even offer me the sauce as a gesture of goodwill. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
