Christmas dinner, great meats and eat. I love the time with the family. wonderful service!

This was the worst experience at a restaurant of this type I have ever experienced!! After we were seated no one waited on us for about 15 minutes. When someone did finally come up to us, he was very unpleasant. After he took our order, it took a bit of time for him to get us our drinks. My wife ordered Iced tea for which no sugar was ever delivered. I had ordered an Old Fashion and a Martini was delivered. When we told the person who delivered it that it was not what I had ordered, he looked like he did not know what to do but did take it away. It was another 20 minutes before I received the correct drink. The individual who cut served our steak was not friendly either. Our steak was ordered Medium. Unfortunately, it was delivered well done. No one ever came back to our table to check to see how everything was until after we were done with dinner. Though I understand it's hard to find help these days, this in my opinion is not acceptable. It seemed very chaotic and unorganized. This is especially true for the amount of money this place charges to dine. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will most likely will never dine here again!!

While a fun and unique experience, I was not impressed. Ordered the full experience which is suppose to be 8 types of meat. Only 4 cuts came by during our 2 hour time there. Ridiculously small serving of side dishes. We each only got a tablespoon of mashed potatoes. We asked for more but think I waitress forgot. When we asked again, it arrived after we were done and she said they were out of butter they put on top. My cocktail was all ice.. I could go on. Just for the price I expected more.

This was so disappointing. We were basically forgotten. We had a reservation but weren’t sat, then they didn’t tell a server we were sat so we didn’t have one. Then the gauchos didn’t come over to us we literally had 4 stop by in almost 3 hrs. It took 30 minutes and stopping 3 ppl for water. The saddest part, the 4 items we had were delicious. We asked for a manager and no one came. I’m not sure why… I’d heard such good things, so disappointed.

This was my first time there . What a great experience. It was by far the best service and food I had in a long time. A . The salad bar alone can fill you up during lunch but I highly recommend the full experience!
