E-town And Grill - Pittsburgh

My wife and I have been eating at E Town for years. Last night we stopped in for a fish sandwich, which we always loved in the passed. But unfortunately, both of our fish sandwiches were horrible!! I did tell the waitress about it at the end of our meal. She said they changed the fish but it’s still Cod. It is NOTHING like it used to be! We will never go back.

2024 update: great fish fry on Fridays during Lent. Terrific service from local folks who know the deal. They'll remember you, too, and keep a tab going so you can enjoy your friends and family while having a relaxing time near home. Fun nights here, eating wings and sharing stories with friends. Lots of fried comfort food. Always a friendly face behind the bar.

I met some friends at the bar for a meal. The food was better than typical bar fare. The bartender was friendly and provided excellent service.

Last week, I ordered a fish sandwich that came with three large pieces of fish. However, when I got my sandwich today, the pieces were only half the size of what I received last week. I'm not very satisfied this time, so I might try a different restaurant next week.

One of the best fish sandwiches in Pittsburgh, and their cheeseburgers are excellent as well. It's a lovely place with a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a nice crowd!
