Castle Place Chinese - Pittsburgh

I've only had takeout from this restaurant, but it is my favorite takeout in the area. Food is always hot and flavorful. Pork fried rice contains generous portions of very flavorful pork. Vegetable eggrolls are excellent! Capital chicken is the shared favorite between my husband and I. They are fast, reliable, and have never let me down!

Consistent food quality, which is pretty good.Consistent wait time (usually 5 minutes longer than told).Price wise, they are on the higher end of average, but as stated....consistent.This place is in the regular rotation of take out for me, so no complaints.

On the night I moved in to a nearby apartment, me my mom were looking for some place to eat as we had been busy driving moving stuff in the entire day. When we arrived at the door and realized it was closed, the owner just happened to be sitting in the lobby and opened the door the kitchen just for us.Immensely grateful the food was very good.

We had placed an order on Uber Eats and everything arrived very hot and delicious! They informed the driver that they forgot an item and ended up delivering it themselves, not many places would do that! Highly recommend and we’ll be ordering again!
