Beta Bites - Pittsburgh

I have been ordering from this restaurant regularly and I am always impressed with the generous portion sizes. My go-to dish is the falafel salad, which never disappoints with its delicious taste and dressing. I also recently tried the new addition to the menu, the vegetarian curries, which were fantastic. I have never had a bad meal here and highly recommend trying the curries and appetizers. I am thrilled with the delicious new menu items that have been added.

I absolutely loved the falafel salad - always fresh and filling. I paired it with a salad with hummus, which was also fresh and refreshing. The beta bites on the side with hummus and pita bread were a nice touch and really filled me up. I thank them for providing such a satisfying option when I'm hungry.

I used to order from this restaurant all the time when they first opened, and the food was so good back then. The steak hoagie, French fries, pizza, and falafel salad were all amazing and my go-to choices. However, every time I have ordered food from here in the past year, it has been absolutely terrible. I'm not sure what happened. Tonight, I decided to give it another try and ordered a falafel salad, which was really bad. There were only 3 falafel balls that were cold and soggy in the middle, the hummus (or something resembling it) tasted past its prime, and there was only 1 ounce of dressing for such a large salad. Additionally, I ordered a side of grape leaves that were like a soggy, microwaveable mess.

Not! Order from here at night. there is a lack of customer service, appropriate portioning and energizing how their food is made. I ordered a deluxe pan and they beat a little pesto and 4 garnel on my sandwich and had the nerve to catch a posture with me. there was no hull, tomato, a bevel or a cheese. they don't even peel their heads. this place is terrible.

Avoid this place if you are a GrubHub or Doordash delivery driver. They didn't start preparing the food until I got here, eventhough it took me a while to get here. By the way, Hyderabadi Kitchen and Beta Bites are the same place. You should avoid at all costs.
