Arby's - Pittsburgh

Downtown shopping trips leaves us famished. We stop in Arby's for shakes, curly fries, sandwiches , and pop. Customer service is top tier.

Where do I begin!!? Downtown,Pgh location store front makes NO sense..there's huge advertising window that myself many others confused to the front door! Dirty as Ever!! Strange ppl loitering. Unprofessional staff. Too much more..

Nice staff, but gotta be careful. The homeless people are wild in this area.

Worst ever.if i can get in the place.. there are always a group of young people hanging out front.. when I do get something it's sloppy and squashed in the bag.. sliders got alot smaller.. never again

The staff was so friendly and personable. The food was fresh and tasty and our order was made correctly. We had a delicious experience. The restaurant is kept cleaned and everything is yummy.
