Kfc - Pittsburg

The restaurant closed its dining room three years ago due to COVID and has yet to reopen it. It now only offers drive-thru service. It is puzzling that they have not reopened their dining room considering other restaurants in the city resumed indoor dining a year ago. It is disappointing as they were known as a great place to eat in Pittsburgh for the past 35 years. Hopefully, KFC will reconsider and hand over the franchise rights to someone who will operate it as a full-service restaurant with indoor dining. I reached out to the company multiple times last year about this issue.

The restaurant had a modern service style with efficient staff. Even though they were short-staffed, they worked well together and my food was still fresh. I appreciate the team's hard work. Thank you!

While they grilled chicken at this place, except this great service and eat. if they start selling grilled huh, will I like to update the up to 5?.

I tried the new chicken sandwich and it was delicious! It is a great deal at only 3.99 and I got the spicy version.

Used Door Dash. 1st order was missing nearly everything except the two chicken littles I ordered for my son. 2nd order seems like a revenge order as I asked for a breast fill up box and received to what looks like an already half eaten drum stick and 2 nasty tiny burnt pieces of whatever they are. I will never order from this place in this town again. Disgusting.
