Do children pass flavor it's not Bland like it used to be and it was good and now they have chicken liver and that's on the reason of all those go for lunch now

Been here twice. First time about 3 months ago. Waiting at the counter watching 3 employees talking behind the ovens. Two of them looked directly at me a couple times and kept talking. I left after about 7-8 mins. Came in today. They got my order wrong. When I went back to the counter, the employee sounded like I was a bother to him as he said ?what?s up??. He handed me the missing item and no apologies or anything. He just mumbled and walked away. I will not be back to this location.

7/7/21 tried to call to describe our issues today but no answer. 3pc dinner was a 2pc. 2 large mashed potatoes only got one small side of gravy. Rest of chicken was dry and old and biscuits were tiny hard. Maybe 430pm is too late for lunch and too early for dinner here.

Service was great but these ff chains need to invest in awnings over the speaker areas.

On October 23, 2021, I waited 30 minutes in my car for my food, which arrived cold and stale. Then, I spent an additional 15 minutes on the road waiting for a refund. The person at the window mentioned they only had two workers that night, which I find unacceptable. However, I gave two stars because he said they had just prepared fresh chicken tenders and fries. In the end, I decided to forgo the refund and eat the food, which turned out to be good.
