Starbucks - Pittman

The consistency of Starbucks' offerings is usually reliable. However, what truly sets apart the best experiences are the atmosphere, cleanliness, and the service provided by the employees. Unfortunately, I was somewhat disappointed by the service at this particular store. Initially, the greeting from the staff lacked friendliness and energy. Additionally, as I left the store carrying four Venti drinks on a tray, one of the employees entered without holding the door for me, despite seeing my situation. This was quite unusual for a Starbucks store, and I believe it may indicate a need for employee retraining at this location. On a brighter note, the drinks I ordered— including the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha, Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, and my favorite Caramel Macchiato— were all excellent and well-received by those who consumed them.

Please take the time to make the drinks because lately they don't taste very good. People pay 6-7$ for a drink and expect it to taste a certain way. We can easily go to dunkin , but we choose

I liked this location. It was clean and lively on a Saturday at 10 am. The team of baristas were upbeat and pleasant. I would come here again as everyone seemed to not absolutely hate their jobs and it’s nice to sit and try their new pistachio latte.

Thanks for nothing. It was just pure ICE . I got like 3 sips
