Bidrage med feedbackI stopped by for a quick drink and ice cream at this McDonald's. It was your typical McDonald's, but with one notable exception. There was a young manager who was actively making sure that all customers were satisfied and that the restaurant was clean. She was seen polishing kiosks, picking up napkins, and cleaning tables herself, rather than ordering someone else to do it. When I entered, she welcomed me and despite the crowd, she found me a table towards the back. My only issue was that my blizzard didn't have enough ice cream in it.
I am writing this review with tears in my eyes. This McDonald's has given me more than just food from their menu. Since I was a child, I have been coming to this McDonald's. It started when my grandmother would bring my brothers and me here to enjoy ice cream cones and each other's company. As I grew older and entered high school, I started bringing my friends here. I always insisted on paying and we would spend hours talking and enjoying our time together. Throughout the years, I have brought many different friends here and the experience has always been incredible. The employees at this McDonald's have become a part of some of my fondest memories. I've always been greeted with a smile and have formed great relationships with the staff. The manager, Lisa, has created a welcoming environment and leads a fantastic team. Past and present staff members, including Khushy, Devon, and Akash, have always been kind and hardworking. Thank you to Lisa and her amazing team for making this McDonald's such a special place for me.
Although it's McDonald's, not exactly known for being the healthiest option, this particular location is decent with a clean environment and friendly staff. However, the bathrooms could use some improvement.
I live in front of location and use this mcdonald’s laufwerk thru because of its favorable position. my orders are usually wrong, even if I repeat my order to go safe. tonight I found that the person who took my order had a posture and she frustrated me that the situation cannot come together.
I ordered over the app. quarter pounder with cheese, filet of fish and middle fries. I have them with my curbside pickup spot number. five minutes later a guy came with a bag and said what was like coffee I said, no, I didn't order a coffee. he said: no, your name I said: he took the bag and gave it to the person in the next car. So why have big signs with mock numbers and the employees don't use them? five more minutes and my command came out. I took it home just to discover a big mac instead of the quarter pounder. I returned to the restaurant. as I came out of my vehicle with the bag, asked a worker who had just delivered a job, it is a problem with what they ordered, I said, no, not with my order, but with what they have delivered. while waiting for the replacement, I said they marked the orders as double checked. that was obviously in reaction to too many false commands. Maybe you have to start this again. this restaurant has kiosks. the problem is, they don't take any action! even if they press the pressure again button several times. the first time I discovered it, I mentioned it on the fertilizer. they said: we know that I said why don't you put any more paper they said the machine is wrong so that the paper doesn't fit. So I said, why don't they put a note on the machines saying that the printer doesn't work they said that do not let them do it! so it has been for about a year! I vote for the worst mcdonald’s in Canada (in agreement with some of the other reviews). it is certainly the worst I was in! I always hope that the companies will come and align this place, but so far it has not happened.
