What a wonderful experience. Amazing service and friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Love it

We were here as part of a large group on a busy Friday. Our orders came within a reasonable amount of time. Everyone in the group was happy with their food. We presented our server with a complex and rather demanding type of order and she juggled things so that everything arrived at just the right time and so that it was still hot. Above and beyond

Half the restaurant was empty but there was still a lineup to be seated. We wanted a both but the hostess said we had to sit in the bar because everyone was over 19. WHAT? We asked for water......twice We ordered our food......twice (Only ever got one water, all meal.) I asked for a molson cdn, on tap, their feature beer.....twice and was told after quite a while they were out. I used to go here a lot and enjoyed it. The food was good but the service was really that bad.

I've been here about half a dozen times or so since I've lived here in maple ridge and with different people. Every times I've gone we have had to wait as I guess they are low on staff cause tables were empty but just not cleaned. Last week when we went on a Wednesday, a family with 4 kids couldn't wait anymore and they ended up just leaving. Food is ok as it's bp so it's the same as the other bp's. It's the service that's lacking here.

Had lunch here while waiting for my car to be serviced. I wasn't expecting too much, but was pleasantly surprised at their lunch specials. I had their Primavera veggie penne pasta, which was excellent! I chose a side of Caesar salad, and that did not disappoint Either! The pasta and the salad was a very reasonable $10. The portions are lunch size, but filled me up just fine.The only reason I did not give them a better rating unfortunately, was the poor service. I stood at the front waiting for quite some time to be acknowledged and seated, in fact, I almost left and went elsewhere. This is despite the restaurant being nearly empty, as it was past the lunch rush, at 2 pm. When I finally was seated, I was pretty much ignored, but when I finally did order, my food came very promptly, although without cutlery, so I had to flag the waitress down and wait too long for her to bring it so I could eat.I also did not appreciate being asked if I wanted change for my $20 when the bill was $13. Really? After that service? I was not further acknowledged, despite leaving a tip, and left the restaurant without any thank you, or have a nice day. Also, when I went to the ladies bathroom, the floor was very sticky....my shoes stuck to It!
