Great alternative to the regular taverns in the area. In addition to Raftis next door, there is also a more upscale atmosphere with great, creative vegan/vegetarian cuisine. We found the vegan tartare, the enoki ceviche and the mushrooms with polenta particularly sophisticated. The mushroom gyros with sweet potato hummus was also great, but had a touch too much smoke flavor (a matter of taste). Since you can look into the kitchen, you can see how every dish is basically freshly cooked so it does take a while. It's best to have an aperitif at Kantifes beforehand and then arrive here comfortably for dinner. Five stars are not enough. Zizas kitchen is so delicious. You'll never expect this fantastic taste, and you'll never find it again somewhere else. It's a kind of art how Ziza presents the plates. It's also a place for meat eater when they close their eyes while they eat the vegan gyro. It will be the best gyro they will ever have tried. Ziza serves food and ingredients from the best organic quality. I love this place.
