Really good yogurt and ice cream, and the cakes are also really well made both in taste and aesthetically. the only flaw is that the staff is really rude and unpleasant... they respond very badly. I went today to get an ice cream (since for me it is one of the best ice cream shops) and while he was preparing my ice cream I realized that I could add another flavour...and I kindly asked him if I could add it, and the lady who was serving me with a tone he replied: I 've already given you the double dose now chuckling. The fact is that it wasn 't the answer itself that bothered me, but the fact that while he was saying it he was giggling mockingly. Honestly, it is not the first time that the staff responds inadequately and rudely to customers. I would kindly like you to have your staff do some soul-searching because you don 't have good reviews on this subject. Thank you
