Worst Panera Bread ever Employees behave very slowly, and the food is terrible I added cheese Is this really cheese added? I'll never visit here again.

Service is very slow here. Most of the ladies are always talking, mainly gossiping. I waited 30 mins for yogurt that did not require them to put together and also saw the guy who ordered his meal as I was walking in to pick up my mobile order leavebefore I did. I would avoid this location.

Ordered the Broccoli Cheese Bread Bowl. After a 20-minute wait, we were given this and was told they were out. The upside, my husband Loves their Soup.

I'm a Lil tight about my order tonight. I placed an order on line maybe about after 15 to 20 min I went inside they said my order was being delayed there was barely anyone inside I don't know how many to go orders they had but the food was terrible itssoup and salad. They messed my sister's salad up didn't even have half of the items in there my French onion soup was so thickit was chucky like there was beef GRAVYYYY added in. What I'm really upset about my meal came out to $50 for me to fix up my ownsalads soups. Plus you might want to have a better supervision over your night staff the playing around shows in the deliveryof your food hence the reason of this review probably won't be back at that location. Hence the reason your rating are in the3's. Way to much money being spent for unsatisfactory.

Ordered a Napa chicken sandwich to go. Went to eat it and it had a lipstick stain on the top. Like someone had wiped their glove against their mouth and then made the sandwich. Super gross. I called to get a refund, they were super apologetic but theycouldn't so now I'm getting coupons
