Waited a long time, but the sweet martabak failed, meaning it stuck to the pan. But responsibility, make another one. When I tried it at home: the cheese was a little brown, the martabak was thick but not soft, the mayan was burnt on the base, the taste was lacking. I don't know if it's because the pan is old, or because of the dough, or maybe the way it's cooked.
