V Beny - PISA

Lovely restaurant in Pisa. I think the rating for this restaurant is a victim of the way Tripadvisor does ratings now. It is currently listed as 130 out of 580 in Pisa. This is not right or fair. This is a fine dining restaurant with 7 tables open for dinner. You really can 't compare this to a sandwich shop, a pizza place, or a gelato store (as the Tripadvisor ratings do). In any other place or being judged against its peers, I have a hard time believing this is not a TOP 5 restaurant. We dine at nice places a lot, and this was an amazing restaurant. We like nice restaurants, and this one was outstanding. Each course was interesting and very tasty. There was one waiter serving the entire restaurant, which was 7 tables. The pacing for us was perfect. This was a place dine not eat . If you are looking for a small bistro with amazing food in the center of Pisa, this was a great place. The wine list was very nice, and the waiter steered us to a bottle that paired well with the food we ordered. If you are looking for a nice meal out, this is a fantastic option and I highly recommend it

Great food, excellent hospitality and service. Made to feel very welcome. Clear plates all round, and the owner i think he was anyway) seemed genuinely pleased that we enjoyed. Grazie mille

We didn't have a reservation, but nevertheless, got a table for two on friday evening. Service was excellent, very patient and friendly. Food was very good, too. All in all, they made a nice anniversary for us.

Amazing little jewel in the corner of the square. So happy I went by and checked the reviews. Food is something on the expensive side, but everything from wine selection, antipasti, pasta to espresso was excellent. Service is also very good and fast. Very recommended.

Location: elegante e rilassante. Servizio: efficente e mol cordiale. Piatti: particolari ed interessanti. Vini: ampia scelta e cura nei consigli. Esperienza: molto appagante!
