One of the best known restaurants in Pisa, typical cuisine and superior quality food with very affordable prices.I recommend it to everyone.

After two years we returned to this restaurant, the last time had been just before the lockdown of 2020, that always say a confirmation, friendly staff, precise and fast in service, we ate the king's cutter, which unfortunately is not the old king's cutter, but it is however a good selection of meats, cheeses, croutons and some tastes of typical Tuscan dishes like poleappa to tomato, pici to mock white and all this accompanied by an excellent Tuscan wine, this restaurant has and always had a large wine card and allowed us in the years to discover excellent Tuscan wine cellars. to finish the dinner could not miss cantucci and holy wine.

I press that they gave us a table that has been moved many times to the square, with a lot of discomfort. we have taken 2 cutting boards of 13 euros each, pappardelle to the wild boar and pici to the white ragù. indefinite flavors, shaves, spicy pasta. at least the service was quick and kind.
