Bidrage med feedbackI don't think that it's so much the workers fault, because these issues have happened 2 times now different workers. I think that they are trained to take food order (besides the computer) and your money, then Take Out from Internet get the food, which theirs should already been finished. They said they run out of food and so not everything on the menu isn't available. Really didn't like waiting 45 minutes for food. ? Be a long time before I return again. They need to get more employees if they want to succeed and take away the single line for people who order at the restaurant, because I ended up at that other line anyway after I got stuck in line at the other side. If I knew it was a 45 minutes wait, I would have gone elsewhere!!!
Understaffed seemingly but they tried and did their best and was very friendly. They have an automatic ordering service and it was weird. Parking situation was a mess. Was told to pull around asked if I should park in handicap since I would have blocked the way out he said yes then I proceeded to have words with other customers for me being rude and inconsiderate
I have not eaten at Rally's for more than two years now. I visited the drive-through on my way home from work today and was pleasantly surprised to find the quality of the food was just as I remembered. I love their one-of-a-kind french fries and they were served hot and fresh.
Have been sitting in drive thru for 15 minutes with 2 cars still in front. Worst timing ever
Never had a problem here except for the robot. Food and staff are always fresh and welcoming. Find a reason to get here any chance I get.
