¿Por qué ofrecen el servicio de pago en los surtidores si luego las gasolineras no están dispuestas a proporcionar este servicio? Se requiere solicitar que desbloqueen el surtidor y luego hay que entrar a pagar en caja. Señores, mejoren su servicio y ahórdense tiempo permitiendo que se pueda pagar directamente en el surtidor. Sería mejor para ustedes y les ahorraría trabajo. Estoy muy descontenta con esta situación.

Increíble la falta de profesionalidad de sus empleadas. He ido tres veces intentando que me apliquen el descuento de la mutua y ya me están tomando el pelo. Me dicen que me lo harán y luego no lo hacen, no se enteran de nada. Ninguna de las que están allí tiene idea, es patético. De vez en cuando hay un señor que es el único competente de la gasolinera, pero el equipo de chicas que atienden es, sin duda, el peor. ¡No volveré!
