Dolomieu - PINZOLO

Technically speaking I think we ate in the Bistrot restaurant a la carte. We were a party of 5 and everyones meal was superb. An excellent bottle of wine was recommended and a really generous cheese plate (we ordered 2 which was more than enough for all 5 of us). They even saw how much we enjoyed the olive oil and came with a sample of a high-quality expensive bottle for us to try!

This may very well be my best ever meal. The location is very warm and cosy, the welcome is friendly and attentive. The chef is from my area and when i mentioned it to the maitre, the chef came to welcome us personally. We had the set menu, we chose 2 dishes and left the rest to the chef. Everything was amazing. Saffron risotto with urchins was great, the raviolis were amazing, and i cannot find enough words to describe the dishes. Since we could not decide between 2 desserts, we had pre-dessert and dessert, a tiramisu to die for. Last we finished with some chocolates and sweets with the coffee.

Probably the best Michelin starred restaurant I have tried. Chef Fiorenzo Perremuto is a rockstar: creative, a real artist (the lemon dessert is something you don’t want to eat not to ruin it!! And so are most of the plates), extremely kind and generous in presenting and describing personally all the different stages of the menu “from the lake up to the edge”, not forgetting about Remo, the perfect Maitre, organizing and orchestrating all this spectacular piece de theatre! This dinner has been a real performance for all the 5 senses: yes, I will never forget the sound of the chocolate covering the lemon, gently cracking under my spoon. Thank you, I hope to see you soon, somewhere in the world where you will always be a star, Fiorenzo!

We had two dinners here. The food is tasty and beautiful. The service super high quality. The desserts are a real crime so good ! You should book the table beforehand!

Staff great but not too impressed !maybe we will try next year but I doubt it ! Life is too short ! And I am leaving here hungry !
